Nestled in the lush forest of The Vine Retreat compound, buildings are placed among the tranquil greenery to maximize privacy as well as connection to nature experience for visitors.
Surrounded by boundary of artificial waterbody, the hut design reflects a combination of forms that interlock and create a new shape that defines 3 spaces, entrance, resting space and meditation area. The exterior is being cladded with strips of bamboo sticks too express surface sensitivity and maintain the idea of living within the nature.
