
About Pen Lisa
Pen Lisa is a Registered Architect at Board of Architects Cambodia, graduated from American University of Phnom Penh with a Bachelor degree of Arts in Architecture. As a Cambodian architect, She is determined to design architecture that speaks to the heart of people through understanding of local characteristics that introduces and promotes Cambodian arts and crafts, culture and history while at the same time blends in with the surrounding harmoniously.

Pen Lisa is enthusiastic in creating architecture that stands on the ground of sustainability and unity of communities. During her undergraduate studies, she started as an Intern at Bloom Architecture, where she soon received promotion to be a Junior Architect. In July 2022, she obtained a first prize award from FAO Cambodia, part of the United Nations in an architecture competition. This milestone had proven her credibility that she received her first commission project as a Architectural designer for FAO Cambodia, where her work required knowledge of Design Planning Manual for Building by UNOPS and collaboration with engineers. In early 2024, Pen Lisa teamed up with her design partner in a national urban design competition "Breath of The City" hosted by MLMUPC, AAC, and Board of Architects Cambodia; where their proposal received 3rd Prize Award.
